About Us

We're specialized licensed building practitioners (LBP's) who focus solely on foundation repairs. This means we have extensive experience in both concrete block and timber pile foundations. That is what we do, and what we do well. All types of concrete footings, engineered underpins and the install of deep geotechnical footings is our business.

We guarantee all our foundation work. We like to complete the job once and do it right.

We only use quality, tried and tested materials to complete every job to the highest degree and will work to any deadlines set for your project.

We've been working in and around the foundation industry for 19 years and work direct with home owners and also a number of reputable and established companies, they rely on us to do the job once, and do it well. We're based out of St Lukes, Central Auckland and Silverdale, North Auckland. We also travel North Island wide.

Sam, Remuera

Great people. Extremely knowledgeable. Helpful. Respectful. Adaptable. And they are fair on price, and don't add unnecessary scope.
Our place is old. Full of surprises. The team did a brilliant job, updated us along the way, and made us feel comfortable – like it was our good mate running the job who had our best interests in mind the whole time.

Foundation Repair FAQs

Do we need to move out during foundation repairs?

In most cases, no. Repiling and underpinning are done from under or outside the house, and most jobs are completed with you living at home as normal. We'll tell you upfront in the rare cases where access changes are needed.

Should I fix the foundations before renovating?

Yes — foundations come first. Renovating on top of a moving foundation risks cracking your new work, and major renovations often require a sound subfloor for consent. An assessment before you start can save redoing finished work.

What are the warning signs of foundation problems?

Common signs include cracks in interior linings or brickwork, doors and windows that stick or won't latch, sloping or bouncy floors, and gaps opening at skirtings or joinery. If you're seeing these, it's worth getting the subfloor checked.
